TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms & Conditions are specific to the PODIUM brand and apply to all interactions with our brand. By engaging with our brand, we kindly ask that you agree to be bound by the Terms & Conditions outlined below.
We highly recommend that all customers carefully review these Terms & Conditions before making any purchases. This will help ensure a delightful experience for both parties involved.
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice.
Our products are categorized into 3 categories based on production, each with its own lead time.
∙ In-stock Products refer to items without a coat of paint, displayed on our material stock page. You can
check the availability of these unpainted products, including materials for all available colors and
specifically for dark colors. Upon confirmation of your order, these products will proceed to the coloring
process before shipping.
Lead Times: Approximately 21 – 60 days after we receive proof of payment.
∙ MOQ Products require a minimum order quantity for production. Each furniture model has a different
MOQ, which can vary. Please check the specific information with us before placing an order.
Lead Times: Approximately 45 – 60 days after we receive proof of payment.
∙ Made-to-order Products are standard furniture models without customization, produced only upon
customer orders. We do not maintain existing stock for these items.
Lead Times: Approximately 45 – 60 days / Approximately 75 days for teak furniture after
we receive proof of payment.
Please note that the lead times provided are approximate production durations and do not include
shipping periods. These durations may vary based on our production capacity at any given time.
Customers are required to adhere to the delivery date specified on the proforma invoice.
If you order in-stock products that are currently unavailable and require waiting for replenishment
in our stock, the lead times will be calculated from the date of arrival of the new stock as indicated on
our material stock website (provided payment has already been made for your order).
We are pleased to offer a Quick Ship Program for our in-stock products, featuring items readily available
in quantities displayed on our material stock page. Each product within this program has a maximum
quantity per order and a designated lead time before shipping. To avail of the Quick Ship goods,
customers are required to pay the total invoice amount in full and provide us with a proof of payment
to initiate our process.
∙ Products with a maximum quantity of 5 pieces (Lead times of about 21 days):
Dining Tables (In-stock Tops) / Center Tables (In-stock Tops) / Benches (In-stock Tops) / Sofas / Cabinets
∙ Products with a maximum quantity of 40 pieces (Lead times of about 14 days): Chairs / Stools /
Lounge Chairs / Ottomans / Night Tables / Partitions / Lamps
Customers have the flexibility to order products in mixed models and variations.
Please note that the lead times provided are approximate production durations and do not include
shipping periods. These durations may vary based on our production capacity at any given time.
Customers are required to adhere to the delivery date specified on the proforma invoice.
Customers are provided with the flexibility to choose between air freight and sea freight options
(LCL and FCL), facilitated by reputable providers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx.
We are committed to securing the most favorable shipping conditions for our customers. We offer a range
of pricing options tailored to various Incoterms of your choice.
To place your order, kindly submit all requests to international_sale@podium.co.th This ensures prompt
acknowledgment of your order.
Upon receipt of your signed quotation and mutual confirmation of the product details, preferred
Incoterms, and chosen payment method, you will receive a comprehensive proforma invoice
within 5 business days via email.
After reviewing the proforma invoice, please sign and return it to us. By signing this document,
you confirm the order and acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by our
terms and conditions.
Customers are kindly requested to proceed with payments upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice.
An initial deposit of 50% is required to initiate our production process. The remaining 50% balance must
be settled within 14 days prior to the scheduled shipping date. For purchases totaling less than 3,000 USD
(100,000 THB) or for quick-ship products, the total invoice amount must be paid in full before
production commences.
We provide our customers with the flexibility to choose between the following payment methods:
∙ L/C (Letter of Credit): Production will commence upon receipt of a signed contract from your bank.
∙ T/T (Bank Transfer): Production will commence upon receipt of your bank transfer slip.

Once our production process has commenced, orders currently in progress are unable to be canceled.
We strictly adhere to a NO REFUND policy.
In the event that a customer requests the cancellation of an order, please note the following:
An initial 50% deposit or the full payment for purchases totaling less than 3,000 USD (100,000 THB)
or for quick-ship goods must be retained. This amount will cover your responsibility for work in progress,
as well as other associated administrative costs such as labor and raw materials.
Prior to shipping, we conduct thorough examinations of all furniture pieces. However, should customers
discover any damages and wish to file product claims, it is important to note that we can only accept
claims for damages resulting from regular use. Damages incurred during transportation or from other
causes are not covered.
Customers are required to provide clear evidence, including both photos and videos showcasing
the damages and detailing their causes. Please send this information to us at
international_sale@podium.co.th so that we may assess the claims accordingly.
If the claim request is approved, we will arrange for the replacement pieces to be shipped to you
exclusively via sea freight.

the 'PODIUM' brand and as part of the designated collections listed below:

Please be advised that our product names are to remain unchanged in all instances and must consistently
align with the names listed in our catalogues.
To uphold the visibility and recognition of the PODIUM brand, we kindly request that you utilize our
brand's wordmark (font-based logo) in all online and offline marketing campaigns promoting our products.

It is essential to note that the name of our brand, PODIUM, must always be written in capital letters.
The PR news and imagery files provided by Podium Holding Group Co., Ltd. are intended solely for editorial
and promotional purposes. Users are granted permission to utilize these resources in efforts to highlight
news, events, or updates associated with the PODIUM brand and our range of products or services.
